ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING SEASON 3

New episodes will be released every Tuesday

The eagerly awaited third season of "Only Murders in the Building" debuted last week with Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd joining the original core group of Selena Gomez, Martin Short, and Steve Martin.

Our podcasting team, Charles (Martin), Oliver (Short), and Mabel (Gomez), are presented with the most recent death in the third season of the mystery comedy, which was hinted at in the Season 2 finale: Charles co-stars with movie star Ben Glenroy (Rudd) in Oliver, a former theatrical director, in his significant Broadway comeback play.The show received a 212 out of 4 star rating from USA TODAY TV critic Kelly Lawler, who also noted that the "slapstick shtick of 'Only Murders' is in danger of getting old" and that Meryl Streep's casting "brings a surprising sense of whimsy to the popular series." Season 3 received the "certified fresh" label from Rotten Tomatoes.

The third episode of Season 3 will be available to stream on Hulu at midnight ET on Tuesday, Aug. 15.

In their individual roles as Charles Haden-Savage, Oliver Putnam, and Mabel Mora, Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez all make a comeback.

Additionally returning from Season 2 are Ryan Broussard, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, and Michael Cyril Creighton.

In Season 3, Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd join the central group.

Rudd appeared in the Season 2 finale as Ben Glenroy, the lead in the play that Oliver is directing. His on-stage demise will serve as the season's central mystery.
