BTS’s Jungkook Becomes 1st Korean Soloist In Billboard History To Top Global Charts For Three Weeks


Jungkook of BTS is the first Korean soloist in Billboard history to spend three weeks at the top of the global charts.

BTS member Jungkook has made history on the Billboard charts with his solo debut. His song "Seven" featuring Latto debuted at number one on Billboard's Hot 100, Global 200, and Global Excl. U.S. charts simultaneously, making him the first Korean solo artist to achieve this feat. For the third consecutive week, "Seven" has remained at the top of the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts, making Jungkook the first Korean soloist to spend three weeks at number one on either chart. The song also reached number 30 on the Hot 100, making Jungkook the second Korean solo artist in history to spend three consecutive weeks in the top 30. Additionally, "Seven" reached a new peak of number 20 on Billboard's Pop Airplay chart and maintained strong positions on the Digital Song Sales and Streaming Songs charts. Jungkook also ranked at number 57 on the Artist 100 chart for the seventh non-consecutive week.
